Business Model

Opris Consulting can design IP cores per customer specifications. The business model is based on NRE or NRE plus royalties. The customer usually gets a non-exclusive license for the IP core, and Opris Consulting is dedicated to support the cores to first production silicon. All circuit and physical design is done at Opris Consulting's site. All testing and debugging is done at the customer site. All developments and contracts include a limited liability provision.
